The villa offers five double bedrooms, accommodating up to ten adults. A sixth, smaller twin room is ideally suited to young children. Children of all ages are welcome. Rates listed are inclusive of VAT. A minimum stay of 2 nights applies year-round, except from 20 December to 5 January, where a minimum stay of 7 nights applies.

• The Homestead is for exclusive use of one group, and does not accommodate multiple individual bookings

• The names of all the guests must be provided before arrival.

• No other person/s (except for registered guests) may occupy the villa at any time.

• No pets are allowed

• There is NO smoking allowed anywhere inside the villa

• Check in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival

• Check out is no later than 11:00 on the day of departure

• Requests for early check in or late departures can be arranged, subject to availability

The villa may only be used for private rental accommodation and not as a venue for any function, wedding, party or event involving anyone other than those guests entitled to sleep at the property as per initial guest list at time booking was confirmed. Oldenburg Vineyards is a working farm. Guest privacy is respected at all times, though the normal day to day activities may result in distant noise and occasional slight disturbance.

Provisional bookings are held for 7 days, at which point a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

In the event of bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, payment of the full amount is required to confirm the booking. All extras - expenses other than the accommodation and not included in the rate - are to be settled at the property before departure.

The cancellation percentage is based on the total cost of accommodation:

• 10% if cancelled 3 months or longer prior to arrival

• 25% if cancelled 8-12 weeks prior to arrival

• 50% if cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to arrival

• 100% if cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival

• No-shows will be charged in full.

• The cancellation policy also applies to confirmed bookings that reduced the length of stay

• The above cancellation fees will apply on the night/s released.
